Many of the proceedings listed below are available to be purchased. The cost for copies varies and is based on two factors: ASMR membership and if the proceeding is a printed copy or a CD. In general, printed copies are available for the proceedings from 1985 to 2001 and in the form of a CD 2002 and beyond. CD’s will always be available and for the availability of the printed copies GO HERE. The cost of printed “hard” copies is $25 for non-ASMR members and $10 for members. For CD’s the cost is $10 for non-ASMR members and $4.00 for ASMR members. Send check (US Dollars) to the ASMR office in Lexington, KY. If payment is by either MasterCard or Visa, add $3.00 to cover credit card processing fees.
